Regenerative Nomads

Learning with the Soul & Soil

Welcome to the journey of

What is Regenerative Nomads?

We grow up being asked, “Who do you want to become?” What if learning also helped us ask, “Who am I becoming?”

Regenerative Nomads is a learning ecosystem that complements conventional education by creating spaces to cultivate the mind and strengthen our relationship with the living world. Guided by relational pedagogy, we believe regenerative learning happens through our connections with Self, People, and Ecosystem.

Through place-based, experiential learning, young people develop the awareness, creative confidence, and agency to navigate change and shape meaningful futures.

How The Programme Works

The framework travels. The curriculum emerges from the place.

Regenerative Nomads does not carry one fixed curriculum from one region to another.

We begin with the learner and their land.

We work with schools, universities, organisations and communities to understand the learners, landscape, culture, local knowledge, livelihoods, challenges and possibilities of a region. The programme is then curated around that context.

Regenerative Nomads

Learning with the Soul & Soil

Welcome to the journey of

What is Regenerative Nomads?

Regenerative Nomads is a

place-based, mobile learning initiative working with young people in climate-vulnerable and culturally rich regions, starting in

Changthang, Ladakh.

At its core, the project reimagines education as a living relationship between young people, their land, their communities, and their inner worlds.

Instead of preparing youth to leave in search of opportunity, Regenerative Nomads asks:

What if learning helped them regenerate where they already are?
