Inspired by Cosmic Education , this experiential workshop explored the connections between sound, emotion, colour and the inner self . Through Indian classical ragas, learners observed how different sounds evoked moods, memories, patterns and moments of meditative stillness, translating these responses into visual artworks.

By bringing together music, colour theory, psychology and self-awareness , the experience encouraged learners to explore their emotional worlds while recognising the deeper connections between culture, creativity, self and the universe.
